In careful and secretive conversation Clark will tell close friends and confidants about the PRIME OBJECTIVE.  It is a closely held and top secret plan to run for President of the United States!   By that time, Clark envisions that his vast empire will have catapulted him into such national prominence that he will walk away with the election based on his three campaign ideas. He believes that through the marketing of his Owners Income Enhancement Program, his face will be on every truck, roadside sign and advertising medium in America.  This marketing prominence will supposedly allow him to capture more than 60% of all insurance sales in the USA.  By virtue of this exposure and positioning he believes that he will be the only logical choice available to Americans as they enter the polls.  His campaign strategy is as follows:

1.     Refund of all taxes paid by Americans for the past three years to jump start the economy.

2.     Create a Worldwide Respect for the American Flag by guile, accomplishment, or force, as necessary. Sections of the Constitution that hinder his progress will be ignored. Armed force by the US Military will be used to subdue any nation that hinders American Interests.

3.     Create a national movement to put Christ back in Christmas. By force of arms, if necessary, he will compel all citizens to follow Christianity. His plan includes the outlawing of any Non-Christian Groups and non-Christian Religious Activities by compelling their conversion to Christianity or mandatory expulsion from The United States. No Non-Christians will be allowed to reside within the United States.

Clark has spent many hours researching the TV show WEST WING and has carefully studied the activity of the fictional President Jed Bartlett.  By frequent viewing of taped episodes he models his future administration. Using this as his role model, he is crafting his national policy program and White House Staffing to remake America into the Jim Clark image. He has also discussed the idea extensively with his wife and his “aide-de-camp” and they both agree that it will work. Despite his lack of any political experience, he has devoted vast sums and hours in pursuit of this program. In 2003 he created a legal entity called “The Jim Clark Foundation For A Better America” to launch his program, and for it to be the springboard for the launch of his candidacy.
