The latest update is that Clark is now attacking his victims!   He has started a smear campaign against the people he victimized!

His latest ploy is to try and hurt the businesses of those he scammed in hopes that he can share his pain with others.  He has been making wild allegations against former associates (all of whom are owed money by Clark) alleging bribery, extortion, and other heinous crimes. None of his rantings and allegations have any substance or credibility and are being dismissed as SMEAR CAMPAIGN to try and cover his own nefarious activities.

When you can't attack the allegations, attack the source of the allegations. That is the essence of Jim Clark. Since he cannot refute the hundreds of violations of the law, and he cannot deny the many hundreds of people to whom he owes MILLIONS, he sets out to attack the character of the voices that are trying to stop his scams and scandals.

His latest venture is to try and smear other Insurance Agents (to whom he owes Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars) by claiming that they are engaged in a conspiracy to steal his clients away.  Sadly, Clark HAS NO CLIENTS.  HE IS NOT A LICENSED AGENT! He uses others to conduct the very business that he cannot and then takes their money too.

He tried to have this web site shut down by threatening to sue the company that was hosting the web site.

Unfortunately for Clark, THE WEB SITE HAS RETURNED!

The former owner of jimclarkmagic.com has sold the website to a new owner.  Mr. Sean Patrick Carney is the new owner and through his many enterprises outside the United States he has acquired the ownership of the Domain.  Under his new ownership and Offshore Hosting the site will remain in operation and, hopefully, be better than ever!  SO MUCH FOR THE PITIFUL ATTEMPTS OF JIM CLARK TO VIOLATE THE FIRST AMENDMENT!   The truth will be shown and made available as a beacon to try and warn off unsuspecting future victims.
